The Journey to Employment (J2E) job club offered an opportunity for people with a health conditions or disabilities to map out their personalised pathway of employment support and take advantage of a unique package of peer support and work-ready activities, delivered by people who have a lived experience of disability.
The voluntary J2E job clubs took a holistic approach to employment support and provide a range of tailored activities to enable people with a health condition or disability to identify and develop individual action plans, manage their condition improve their confidence and develop new skills.
