Resilience Training
Having resilience allows you to be better equipped to cope should a crisis arise in your life. Improving resilience in the work place enables you and your employees to be more prepared if faced with mental health and wellbeing issues, reducing the impact on performance and creating a healthier, happier work environment.
During our Resilience workshops, participants will gain the knowledge to:
- Manage stress in teams using Mindfulness
- Understand & manage anxiety
- Understand & manage depression
- Understand and increase emotional intelligence and resilience
These sessions are interesting and informative, and allow people to voice their own experiences and concerns in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
