Working with the Mind Matters and funded by Hyndburn & Ribble Valley CCG’s and CVS through the social prescribing grants, Practical Ideas for Happier Living was a pilot in the two areas of the new evidenced based workshops developed by Action for Happiness.
Working around the evidenced based 10 Keys for wellbeing these workshops allowed participants to upskill in 6 healthier habits which have a direct impact on our happiness.
